I believe its a fake, i wouldn't want it.

I have to say I do not think the quality of this SBP matches those I have seen but of course that could be the photographs. For instance the central red cross appears to be painted in a very crude manner compared to the originals, which are flush with the surface of the surrounding metal edge and are of a very high quality enamel like substance.

The rays of the Star also appear to be flat and the one's I have seen are detailed with an almost feather like appearance.

And finally the Garter Star appears to be symetrical in shape and I would expect the Star to be an elongated shape.

Not an example I want to spend that much money on.
