Hi, just to give you a reply until someone more knowledgeable comes along.
To my mind, it looks like a Victors (Small Crown) Beret, So it would have been a private purchase 60-80's (although their stock was purchased by Du Bora's) so could well have been purchased into the late 90's (Both in the Aldershot area). Unfortunately i can tell you nothing about the age or authenticity of the badge. Regards - Mark
