Well I guess it could be Israeli. Appears very stylized....The star or Magen David is 6 pointed.....with a tower in the background. The tower is used on IDF border guard insignia.. Nothing definite though.

I just recieve the identification from a isralian collector :

This patch belong to the "macabia". It a sport club fror jewish and they all over the world.
In israel since 1953 we making a littel olympia games but only for friend of macabi club frim all over the world.

It is a Maccabi badge, you will need to rotate your one to see the similarity.
