I am sure I remember seeing this patch before and possibly related to the RWF but I really can't remember or find it from a search.

Construction looks WWII or later?

any help is greatly appreciated and maybe it is not welsh at all, but it would be good to know

I bought it, then pointed out to the seller the incorrect description and he refunded me (i never had the badge), but has relisted it under the wrong description.
Odd as he refunded me without me asking for a refund
