Can you advise when these post WWII these wings were worn and issued.

Note the Blue light for confirmation of polyester thread.

Hello Phil,
That pattern parachute qualification wing is one of the most common types found. Note the back, which is the loose mesh, which was used on many Canadian made cloth insignia in the 1960's, up until the new parachute qualification was issued for the CF uniforms.

Yes the black mesh is typicalof 1960's era stabalizer however the blue light picked up the polyester thread on th chute and risers.
