Hi Laurent

The central emblem is the logo of British Aerospace, so probably worn by their test pilots?

British Aerospace (now called BAE Systems) supply various planes , intructors and training in numerous countries including Singapore , Brunei , PNG and Saudi Arabia.

Possibly the wing shown is issued to 'trainees' when they have completed a course run by the company ?

The 'crown' may give an indication of which country ?

The crown is a generic "Astral" crown version and civilian use rather than country specific.

I would also agree with British Aerospace. You could contact here http://wingcollector.com for further information. Worth a try!
