I have received a lot of Indian badges but I need help to identify 3 of them

Hi.
The scroll on the third badge reads in Hindi (Devnagari script) - Deshbhakti (patriotism) Janseva (public service) in the centre the three letters stand for Madhya Pradesh Police.
The second one looks similar, but I can't figure out the letters in the centre. Not clear in photo. But I guess it's also MP Police. ??
The first one am not sure, maybe a collar badge/tab to be worn on some item of uniform.. . It's got the Ashok Chakra in the centre.

Thank you for your helpful reply. Indeed, the first one could be a collar badge with its 2 lugs. I send a better picture of the second one. May be more readable
