CANADIAN ARMOURED CORPS COLLARS AND CAP BADGE

So 2 questions. First one is displaying the collars. Should they be pointing at each other or in opposite directions?

2nd question, is there an bronze officer cap badge that goes with the collars?

As a rule of thumb collars should face inwards when viewed. There are a couple of exceptions.
I haven't seen a bronze cap badge that matches the osd collars.
