Recent find came with an Indian badge. Wire loops to reverse as if it may have been on a pagri or perhaps held a plume. Looks a bit like a stylized pineapple. two pence piece for size.
Any ideas?

Wires are very thin and weak for a belt clasp , but I can see where you are coming from.
