Anyone got any idea what this officers cap badge is ?

The eagle on it makes me think RNAS, but is not like the one I had, so I can't say for sure.

You would not expect to see an eagle like that upon an RNAS officers cap badge, it appears to be rather too large, the bullion is quite crude too.
