I have been told that this may be worn by Senior NCO Instructors at Sandhurst Military Academy. Can anyone confirm this for me, please? If so, can you say when it was introduced? Any other information would also be useful.

My understanding is that is worn by University OTC contingents that are part of The Sandhurst Group.

It is worn by OCdrs at RMAS - unsure who else.
