Lovely blouse! Probably best walking out dress as Canadian BD was not available at the time the unofficial Parachute titles were worn.

These Parachute titles were worn in particular by 3rd Bat members (like with this blouse) during the whole war period and certainly after the introduction of the official Parachute Regiment titles in late 1942.
Actually, it seems that the new official printed titles were never popular with the original Para formations of the 1st Airborne division where unofficial Parachute titles continued to be the norm. The Airborne strip saw a similar fate (see https://www.britishbadgeforum.com/fo...ad.php?t=61921)
