any information on this wolesley pith helmet please?
is it military and what period?

Very similar to a Naval inter war one I have.

as already stated, it looks interwar and the coloured fold on the top of the pug band makes it likely to be military, liner looks officers, is the edge trim leather or cloth, officers usually have leather, but it is likely private purchase so ....

What colour is the top fold of the pagri band? As Andy says it resembles the Royal Navy helmets but the top fold on those is a dark blue and this looks greenish on my pc.

I believe it is RN, the band looks blue and it has been blancoed white in the past.
