Hi checked but cannot find these in the reference book, could they be Police rather than Military and if military to whom? Many thanks Billy

The Welsh / Welch Regiment.

Introduced 1909, worn during WWI by officers of Service Battalions (those of the 1st and 2nd Battalions wore a bronze dragon).

Worn in WWII officially polished down to the metal.

Churchill fig. 1142 and fig. 1143.
