Picked this up recently and thought it might be interesting to members. Unfortunately I am in the dark about who would have worn it - team members or competition Judges.

Yes Paul it is very well made, including the bullion badge (KC). The reverse is fully lined with a satin type material and eastic band connectors. It does not open fully.

Dave, in the Army similar armbands worn by officials/referee's/Umpires - Regards Mark

Mark is correct, these were worn by officials - Umpires, scorekeepers and others.

With the satin and elastic, it would be suitable for use while fencing by a team member, nothing to catch or snag. Just a thought. Regards, Paul.
