Slouch hat in SASR?

Hello! I have seen these pictures in the web so I was wpndering if SASR wear slouch hat as other regiments ..I thought they wore only berets!

Yes they do. Albeit not very often. I have seen a picture of one being worn by a SASR member on a promotion course.

The hat appears to have a 6 RAR Unit Colour Patch (UCP) on the right hand side, which is not correct for the SASR UCP, shown below.

Should this thread not be in the Australian Infantry/SF category and not under Canada?:)
