Middlesex and Huron Regiment Piper's, Glengarry cap badge?
 

Picked up this beautiful badge last week and I wish to share it the forum. It's listed in Chris Brooker's badges volume 3. Never seen one before and I picked it up for a great price. Asking if any one has any thoughts or knowledge of this badge?

Contrary to what Brooker says, this is piece of costume jewelry. Shortly after the Second WW, a couple of American companies acquired surplus badges or the dies and used them to make jewelry. It is one of several such pieces. Some are marked Agnew.

Yes, it's a customized piece . Middlesex and Huron Regiment did not have a pipe band.
Some time ago one of these was listed in Hoare Auctions . Not sure what it sold for.
It is a very attractive badge though , nice find .

To note, this is not a military badge, but a piece of costume jewellery. Agnew, an American costume jewellery concern, acquired some dies, notably the Middlesex & Huron and the Chaplain corps and used them to make jewellery.
