WW2 Parachute Engineers

Hi all, Asking for a friend, can anyone tell me what general insignia was worn by Parachute/Airborne Royal Engineers during the WW2 period, I'm aware that insignia may have changed over the course of the war, so interested in any information and especially images.

Regards

Tony

This is an early and difficult title - hoping it helps get the ball rolling ...

Thanks Mike and Luc. I've seen a navy blue on red example of an RE shoulder title worn above a peggy with Airborne below. anyone know if this is correct ? anyone know what would be the correct type worn by a para engineer in the Post D Day period?

Many thanks

Most would have worn the issue printed blue on red titles.

Yes, just go out and buy a good example of the Royal Engineers printed shoulder title, very cheap and plentiful.
