Trade patch 'adds ons' ?
 

Would anyone know if the attached patches were to 'add on' to existing Royal Navy trade patches, when qualifying as a leading rating (stars) and to specify trade as Airframes ('A')?

I would be grateful for insights...

Additional badges were available to add to trade badges
Stars and large and small crowns were available.
The six pointed star badge has a stores number of 46A
The six pointed star was also used by the accounting branch in the 1920's.
Additional letters available were P, Q, L, C, A, D, M, O, X, S,
The white A has a stores number of 119B
