Eyeball tattoos - shocking but true.

I couldn't believe what I was reading but it's true - some people want their eyeballs tattooed. What the hell is the world coming to?

Well. you remember the old army saying: "Don't fire until you can see the whites of their eyes"? :)

I'd rather stick pins in my eyes. :D
Tony.

It's such a bizarre and obviously very painful practice. Why on earth would anybody want it done? It's going to be permanent too; I can't see laser treatment being efficacious in removing it.

I'm not joking, when I saw the report I was absolutely taken aback. I've come across some bizarre practices in my time, including those practiced by natives of various parts of the world who are as yet uncivilised. This one takes the biscuit.

..not my thing , but similar to tattoos , body piercing etc , it boils down to personal choice, and it hurts no one...except the person who has the procedure
..personally I have no objections to diversity ...life would be very boring if we were all the same !!! :D

Tesco's doing Jim Beam at 12 and a half quid a bottle at the moment, picked up a few yesterday.
This morning I found that somebody'd been in overnight & tattooed my eyeballs with an intricate red cobwebby pattern.

This reminds me of the old tale that whiskey distillers used carpet in their process because everytime you drank their product you woke up with the taste of carpet in the mouth.

I've always found that if you wake up with carpet in your mouth then it's been a bad night, if you wake up with duvet in your mouth it's been a good night.......

And carpet burns on the knees indicate a great night - at least that's what I remember
