Unknown buttons possibly Volunteer Cavalry
 

Having spent some time on the internet attempting to identify these buttons I have not been able to find anything.

They were made by Pitt & Co. Maddox St., London.

I think they are fox hunt buttons: H.... Hunt.

Thank you for that. I agree that the the first letter is an H but isn't the third letter a C?

In case of doubt, trace the letters.

Brilliiant, I clearly need my eyes testing. I could only see an H and a C and couldn't work out what the 'middle' letter was.
