WW2 Italian Arm Shields ??
 

These came with a collection of various badges that also included a few Italian Fascist pieces. So I`m thinking Italian, but I can`t find anything similar. Any help would be great. Thanks, Martin.

I used to collect axis items but I do not recall seeing these before. Doesn't mean they aren't as you say, just not something I remember seeing.

Almost all the Italian badges I have seen have been brass and other than rank badges, stars don't feature. As far as I know they didn't have a machine gun like that either, so seems unlikely to be Italian in my opinion. The style does seem Eastern European though, maybe Yugoslav, Hungarian, Czech...?
