According to the Army Dress Manual Chapter 4 Badges and Emblems, the metal miniatures Gold, silver, bronze, are worn on Senior Rank Mess Dress, bullion on other mess dress. The full size on Polys, SD’s etc.

I have the 3 colours in full size and mini but I have never seen them at any of the army clothing stores. Regards Glenn
