Was a Royal Fusiliers QVC slidered Brodrick Cap Badge ever issued?
Bought this one as I liked the look of it.
Tony.

I have mine labelled as a Broderick badge, presumably I've got that info from K&K, possibly Gaylor (my "badge log" is not to hand).

Your badge and mine have fairly short sliders.

It's in Churchill as well.

Churchill states the ORs KC pattern collar was not approved until 1914 which would explain why no KC versions are seen with the slider.

Like Andy says he also references the slidered QVC collar as being worn in the Broderick cap from 1898-1905.
