Napoleonic era uniform?

Can anyone identify this uniform, thinking Napoleonic era horse regiment but I could be way out. Thanks.

Certainly not from the Napoleonic era, probably French or Belgian from the arm ornamentation and more then likely from the 3rd Republic time frame.

If you have time a trawl through this site may through up a match (In French I'm afraid).
