Australian Flying corps ID tag and sweetheart.
 

Just got this lovely mourning bracelet made up of an ID disc and an Australian Flying corps sweetheart brooch. I believe that its a mourning item as the items are mounted on atypical black fabric mourning type bracelet band. The ID disc is marked "sterling" and is engraved N.M.GREEN. over EHBB 151/2. the brooch tests as high carat gold and what look like tiny diamond chips in the wings.So I expect the chap was an officer as the brooch would have been expensive. can any of our experts help with what the abbreviations mean? many thanks in advance. sorry the pictures are the wrong way up!

cant find an appropriate Green on the AFC role.
was thinking it could be the NOKs name but even that doesnt match.
given that EHBB 151/2 makes no sense at all, im thinking its not related to the brooch

Is it possible to see the back of the brooch , the ID tag it is not an Australian ID tag as those numbers don't make sense so unless he was British and seconded to a AFC unit?? Still a nice brooch ;)

What you have is a United Kingdom civilian identity tag worn during WW2. The number on the disc corresponds with the person's number on his/her National Registration Identity Card.
