I'm grateful to forum members for identifying the planchet from my cabinet of curios that I'm selling - as almost all of the items are swagger stick related - I couldn't understand what the smaller versions of the crest were - than lurking in a corner of the cabinet I found a completed version and it became obvious that they were buttonhole badges.
