I have the following badges on approval and have grave doubts about them and would appreciate your opinions please. This one I show against a genuine OR's (on the left) and it is very different and not so well made despite the Gaunt label. I was hoping it was an officers being so different but am unconvinced. Any comments appreciated.

The badge on the right. Looks to have been made from different badges, cobbled together.

Its an RE arm badge with a home made shamrock on it.

I agree with Simon. Badge on the left is a Frankenstein.

To my eyes the broached badge has 8 flames and the other 9. Which is correct?
