Been trying to search this formation patch, but didn't get far! I would appreciate any help. I'm hoping it is related to the KOMR or RMA!

The signs of Malta Command (WW2) and Malta Garrison (Post-WW2) were the same design, but judging by its condition this is a 1950s Malta Garrison sign. Mike
