HELP WITH NAME TAG PLEASE

This is a name tag inside a 1930`s tunic , the family reckoned ??? the guy was an officer in the Great War possibly a Doctor ?

'DR.M.Power ??
Any help translating the name would be great ,many thanks

Can I throw "T. M. Power" into the mix but it looks like he's been tracked down anyway....
