Help with I.D.
 

I think this is 14th/20th Hussars or maybe later, can anyone positively identify this badge please?

I bought it in the original packet, so I think it is modern.

It's the current King's Royal Hussars.

The maroon background is from the 11th Hussars via the Royal Hussars who the 14th/20th amalgamated with.

Prior to formation of the Royal Hussars and their adoption of the badge backing in the 11th H's crimson it was worn by The 10th H in the scarlet of the red dragon of Wales, the shape representing the "Rising Sun of York".

The embroidered arm badge is difficult to obtain ,still looking for one MBL used to sell them years ago and Tels insignia had one for sale last year
Think that I have most other items except officers pouch badge insignia
