Help required with translation
 

Hello Folks.
Came across a pair of the badge illustrated but have not a clue as to a translation so if any arabic readers could assist as to the legend on the badge i would be most grateful

Shoulder title for the Sultan of Oman Police. Not a direct translation, but that is who they are for.

Thank you for the quick response ...as an aside these badges were manufactured in Birmingham...by whom i have no idea or when although it may have been T N Priest Birmingham B19 .I came across someone recently with several hundred enamel badges and key ring fobs all of which were rejects in some way from different stages in the manufacturing process,one of the very few in the ones i purchased to have a makers mark is a Castrol key ring fob with the T N Priesnt mark
