Maple Leaf Badge Query

Hi Canadian badge collectors. Does anyone know what this Maple Leaf badge is? It looks like it may have had something removed or ground off the bottom, but even so I can't find anything to match it. Is it even military? If not, I will be moving it on. All the best, Mike

Your badge appears to be the upper portion of a Canadian Governor General's Foot Guard epaulet title, which for some reason was cut off the GGFG abbreviation. Refer to the this link: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/CANADA-WW1-G...OJP:rk:26:pf:0 It doesn't have any significant value. Cheers, Walt |
