HELP WW2 badge info please R.A.O.C/R.E.M.E
 

Hey Guys,

My Grandfather recently passed away and we have managed to get our hands on his WW2 badges and would love to be able to put them on display for his funeral however we are having some trouble identifying some of them.

Please find attached photos of the badges which we think we have identified and a 'crown' fabric cap/arm badge.

If anyone could identify these or can offer any more information about any of them it would be very much appreciated.

None of the items that you have shown are regimental badges. You have a sergeant's rank chevrons, (usually worn in pairs), a warrant officer's cloth crown and a set of WW2 medals. 1939-45 Star, Africa Star and clasp, France and Germany Star, War Medal and Defence medal. The ribbon of the F&G Star and the War Medal should be swapped around.

I cannot read the clasp on the Africa Star so could you please tell me what it is?

The correct order for the medals is The 1939-1945 Star, The Africa Star, The France and Germany Star, The Defence Medal, The War Medal 1939-1945.
