Hello!! Such a long time!!! Hope all of you be safe and healthy!!!
I have seen these two badges...I am specially interested in te dark one...it is really nice, but I don't know if is good or just made on bronze to make more desirable...what do you think? Thank you and warm regards!!!

The SLI badge is not right. It was only ever worn in nickel on a slider.

What is the rule that 'bronzed' GM and WM cannot be OSD's !?
Although the SLR looks like a OR badge.


There is the notion that SNCOs who were commissioned in the field and immediately painted their badge brown. !?

A single case was mentioned a few years ago on the forum and it might be the sort of thing the HG might do. However as a newly commissioned officer would need to buy himself a new officers peaked cap or beret then the badge would come with it.
