Four Middle Eastern Rank Slide

Hi all. These came with some other badges and I think they all may be from the Middle East. I think 2nd from right is Iranian but don't know any more than that and from what I've seen far right could be from Kuwait, but again I can't find much information. Anything that can be added would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

Could be Leigh, the lion is the same. But with the green white and red in the roundels I had thought Iranian. Could be wrong though.

I believe that you're correct, the lion and the colours of the roundel fit Iranian (I should've twigged the white not yellow in the roundel).
