Pipers belt with civilian silver plate on copper buckle mounted with a yellow brass badge (blob under plinth variety). Inscribed on the interior Sgt Mjr T Millar 8th, 9th, 30th Bn The Black Watch (RHR). Further inscribed with other Millars and various names. Also noted is RSM A.Drummond a Sgt instructor MBE in 1942 commisioned in Lt 1944. Captain 1946. I suspect the 30th was a training unit possibly in Edinburgh 1940s. https://i.imgur.com/BT93k5a.jpg?1https://i.imgur.com/fSG6pLu.jpg?1https://i.imgur.com/KqHNJsl.jpg?1 |
