Gents, can anyone identify the triangular badge on this paratroopers breast pocket?

It's not a British badge that I recognize. The Brits wore very few pocket badges. None triangular.
The badge, although solid and triangular in shape, with a light background, appears to have an oval wreath on it. Central to the wreath is a device, which, after looking at it carefully, resembles an eagle with something in its talons? This would be a Luftwaffe aircrew symbol!
I would suggest that it is some sort of sweetheart badge, possibly acquired from a Jerry or an admirer who had nothing else to hand, which has been pinned to his pocket as a souvenir.
I could, of course, be completely wrong. But it is a good, if now completely lost, story.

Is there any more to see in the photograph to give more context please show full image. Is anything on the back?

Thanks chaps. No nothing else to give a clue I'm afraid. It has the appearance of insignia, as it were, due to the location of it. If it were just a given pin, would be more on the lapel or chest as opposed to the breast pocket? Perhaps an attachment or unit identification of some sort. Can find nothing similar.

Thanks again guys

Bess
