What kind of netal is made?
 
Hello! I have these RE collar badges...I think the one at the right is brass...but the left one have some kind of stranger little bright dots when the light incide on it...I hope you can see in the pictures I post...Why is so different one from the other...what material is that strange bright metal? Thanks!

They both look like officer service dress bronze collars to me. The shiny bits are probably buffed high spots,

The badges are chemically treated to be brown not just dirty.

Ok, you are right...and do yo know if can be original items or just restrikes or fakes?..and what era can be in case be autenthic? Thank you!

They are original. Period of use I think anything from WWI to modern.

I have a Buffs badge with the same sparkly bits in it, I think it may be a locally made badge and the sparkles are impurities in the cast metal.
