Crown looks Spanish or possibly Swedish/Danish? But the construction looks like it's a fashion item or possibly for dramatic productions?

Thanks for the feedback. I purchased it on a whim from an antique store because it intrigued me. Wasn't expensive, but the construction seems like a fashion item potentially. The backing is heavy duty for something real cheap. The closest badge I've seen so far is a petty officer, but it's not exactly the same. Maybe a sweetheart badge? It's about 50 mm long.
