My friend has asked if I could find out more about these medals.
His father served with the HLI at the time and was a runner in Gallipoli.

Greenock Glenpark Harriers hosted the "Great Athletics & Military Gala" at Cappielow Park, Greenock on Saturday 31st July 1915, in aid of the Dependants of the Fallen.
