Help with servce record

Hi Guy,

Can anyone help me with finding the second world war record of:-

Lieutenant Commander W.E. Grant

Believed to be Engineer on HMS Hotspur.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Irv,
It’s either an FOI request for his service records or tracking him through navy lists. The WW2 ones are online and searchable at the National Library of Scotland
