this fell off of a belt I own so this is the reason for the grime.

Looks like it’s been a while since there was another prong.

Says “Harman, O’Donnell Ltd (?) Belfast

Any opinions?

Looks a good one to me. Think you will find it says what Paul says. Undamaged genuine badges are worth about £100.
