I know about the brass lyre CB but I would be happy to confirm what the wm badge is. Could it perhaps be for SNCOs?

The white metal lyre may be a Junior Musicians, Royal Marines.
Trained musicians stopped wearing the lyre in 1951, but Junior Musicians under training continued to wear it up to 1970 on Blue tunics (Gold) and Lovat tunics (Bronze).

Yes worn as collars, after 1970 they changed to the Globe & Laurel.
