Not much traffic here so it's a good time to get a little more help on identity.
These are from my unknown list which is pretty long but I don't want to hog the space, so that's all for now.

No 3 looks like a wire embroidered version of the Polish wartime 5th Armoured div, no 4 has an 'Italian' collar patch look about it, and no 5 is, I think a Kuwaiti patch.

Do you own the badges illustrated? Two of them look very familiar.

No 54th, I don't own any patches , I don't collect them ,only pictures & I get them where ever I see one, Sometimes I see one here on the forum & if it is not named I collect it to maybe get a name later on, one of the recommended dealer here is a great source, every two weeks or so when he updates I usually get one., I find some on ebay usually not named or named wrong. I only collect pictures of British, if one is named otherwise I delete it.

Ray, #4 is a collar patch/badge for the Polish Airborne Troops of 2nd WW.

No. 6 (the bottom one) is something to do with American artillery in WW1. I have one of these, but I believe they're an early repro.

Hi

Acccording to Lt. Col., Cole's book on formation badges he gives No 3 as 5th Kresowa Infanty Divison.

Arthur

No4 is a Polish para collar from my collection. See my album:

Hi

As Badger44 [Post Nº2] states: Nº5 is from Kuwait, and was worn by missile units.

Indeed it is American Artillery, but the official description escapes me at the moment. I think it was for qualified gunner, but it is pre-WW One with the red projectile. These originally came into use I believe about 1902 or soon thereafter and the red was changed to olive drab shortly after. Sorry I can't be more precise, but I'm away from my references at the moment.
As to being a reproduction, I highly doubt it. In the early 1920's the U.S. Government sold off over a ton of these old chevrons & speciality insignia that became obsolete in 1920. Originals are not too hard to find to this day and a repo artist would have to make hundreds of them to recoup the investment of making them. Yours looks good.

Thanks for the extra info -- also good to see that this isn't a repro.
