I know the first one is Kuwait

Thanks for sharing your knowledge,

The first is as you say Kuwait, from the 70s, worth a few pounds, second is Malayan and the third I think is Turkish, but I am struggling with the Arabic, I'll let you know after I've taken advice.

Hi

I see the Kuwait badge is now on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Arab-Kuwai...YAAOSwX~dWsWEY

Please be aware that we don't like people asking for valuations without telling us they intend to sell the item.

It doesn't particularly bother me if people ask for a valuation before selling as after all it costs me nothing and may even help a fellow collector get something at a sensible price.

Hello

I don't mind helping people out either but I think it is only fair that I know why they want the information. The Forum rules are pretty clear on that issue anyway.

I'm not sure that the statement "it costs me nothing" is right though, as a lot of Forum members spend some considerable time and effort searching out the required information, so whilst there may be no direct financial cost to them there is a cost in their time if nothing else!

That's the point made by Bill A in post 10 on a similar thread here - http://www.britishbadgeforum.com/for...ad.php?t=51249

It would be nice to offer them to those who helped and obviously have an interest in the item!

I am happy to sell them to anyone on the forums who makes a fair offer.
