Can anyone identify the flash please on this BD recently offered on e-bay.

I have only just come across this, so if no-one has yet identified the small blue and buff flash, I believe this was worn by Kent ACF However, I was surprised t see the Buffs title, as I had thought it was worn by RE detachments.

I assume you are going from the Major Waring Pamphlet No.2. Jon Mills directed me to this source but questioned how accurate it was. If you hae nother source I would be interested to know.
