Unknown cap badge, flaming torch

Hi, all info assistance greatly appreciated in an effort to identify this cap badge. 37 mm (1.5 in.) in length, flaming torch with unidentified text on front, maker's capital 'B' to rear. Dad served in N. Africa & Italy in WW2, then POW, so may relate to that time...? Thanks.
