Two Naval Waist Belt Clasps
 

Just wondering if anyone can ID these 2 please.

Note the absence of Crowns.

The silvery one is a lightweight alloy.

Not my thing so will be for sale.

I think that you will find they are Kriegsmarine, but which era I don't know.

Thanks for the heads up.

A search of the internet indeed shows the Aluminium one as a Kriegsmarine Administrative Officials WBC with typical German one piece construction with the clip at the rear.

However the brass one is not typical of German construction, being a two piece (male & female) buckle, more like a British type, and not one I can find associated with a German one.

Any further ideas welcome.
