military style waist belt clasp ??????
 

Probably not military but this small size wbc is of a military style, my thoughts are a school item perhaps but any help in identification will be much appreciated.

Peter, black and red are the colours of the shield of the Worcester crest.

Possibility ?

How small is small ? Any idea roughly (guesstimate :confused:) how old the belt is ?
